The shipment

For orders under 35 euros, the shipping costs are € 5 within Belgium and the Netherlands.

For orders from €35,- we ship free within Belgium and the Netherlands.

If ordered before 23:00 on a working day, we will ship the same day!

Normally delivery is made within 1 working day in the Netherlands and 1-2 working days in Belgium.

We always ensure that your order is packaged well and we guarantee that your order will be delivered.

Delays with the couriers can occasionally occur, especially during busy periods, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee the delivery times 100%. If something seems to be wrong on your tracking page, please contact us and we'll find out what's going on.
