To place an order via our website, you can register yourself as a customer via You Madu. You create an account, which is protected with a password and which is linked to your e-mail address. You enter your details yourself and you can also change them at any time by logging into your account.

•   Residential (delivery) address and any company name with VAT data;

We do not process payment details. Payments to our webshop are processed through a third party (Payment Service Provider, that is Buckaroo). You can pay securely in various ways via Buckaroo. You only enter your credit card or bank account details on these secure pages and then complete your order here. We only receive a message from Buckaroo whether your payment has been received, but not the number of your credit card or bank account.

2. How is your data protected?

You Madu understands that keeping your personal data safe is very important. The data stored in our database is protected by using common electronic security techniques, according to the applicable data security standards.
